My Vegan Week

Happy Wednesday!

How are you today readers?

So are you interested in becoming a vegan, maybe just eating healthy, vegetarian even?

Well let me tell you how my vegan week went ๐Ÿ‰๐ŸŠ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ

It was kind of hard, because I truly like cheese and I used egg as a meat replacer so now that has been taken away, I’m like what to do.

I started to research what I can use for protein and filler foods.

There are many ways to replace your meat and dairy protein
Like: GMO organic soy products
Green veggies, almonds, nuts, grains, chia seeds, and even avocados.

Here is a visual:

These options can really work and the more you learn , the more you figure out how to make these items delicious.

Here are some things I made for examples!

Here is a great topping for just about any dish in my book!
Mango pico de gallo!

A yummy teriyaki tofu salad

Tofu African curry

Fresh fruit salads

Yes this is vegan!
Pumpkin spice French toast

You can really get creative with this

If I had inspire you, and your want to know more, or maybe you want the recipes, please comment and share!

My Vegetarian Week

Happy Monday!

You may be wondering why I put happy and Monday next to each other lol but I try to enjoy every day of the week.

So today, I want to talk about my vegetarian week.

Lately I have been on a healthy lifestyle kind of movement. I had always had my hands in the health  movement but I still would double in foods that would be consider bad or un-ethical.

So I decided to go on a vegetarian week and a vegan week, today we will focus on the vegetarian week.

What is a vegetarian?

A vegetarian is a person who eats produce, nuts, and seeds along with animal by products including honey, eggs, milk, and cheese.

Being vegetarian for the most part was fairly easy, being that I don’t drink cow milk, I use cheese sparingly and I mainly eat eggs, for the past year my taste buds don’t really long for meat and since gaining understanding about the bible, I am no longer moved by something I use to deem as my favorite: SHRIMP, and no Pork my fork! ๐Ÿค

After watching almost every health documentary video on Netflix, I felt compelled to change something, I’m not heart less lol and once you see what I saw, there is no way you can still be okay with eating meat, as far as the commercially endorsed way of eating it. I don’t even feel great about eating dairy but I know I can’t fully commit yet to going vegan so for now I go under the title, eat to live.

After all the info I consumed, this is what happens when I get around meat!

Dammit being a Empath is hard!

I made a lot of good foods though, and it made things super easy to conform to.

This is a veggie burger with cheese from a great burger place in south jersey called #zinburger

It taste really good

I ate this for breakfast a lot as well.

Right now, I believe that as I continue to my spiritual journey, my physically journey will fall in place!

I’m still on this journey of truth, and I’m at a level now where I feel ready to post again whether I have one follower or 1000s. My content will mainly be health and hair but occasionally I will have family and spiritual matters as well.
Also for anyone interested, I will be offering health tutoring services.

I hope my fellow readers can take something from what I post and apply it to your lifestyle.

I hope one day, my readers can get to a point where they can love their lifestyle!

The more days go by the more Yah (what Christians call God) leads me to a peace that I really can’t explain just show ๐Ÿ™‚

I smile because I know goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life!
