So are you interested in becoming a vegan, maybe just eating healthy, vegetarian even?
Well let me tell you how my vegan week went 🍉🍊🍌🍍🍋🍒🍓🍐🍎
It was kind of hard, because I truly like cheese and I used egg as a meat replacer so now that has been taken away, I’m like what to do.
I started to research what I can use for protein and filler foods.
There are many ways to replace your meat and dairy protein
Like: GMO organic soy products
Green veggies, almonds, nuts, grains, chia seeds, and even avocados.

These options can really work and the more you learn , the more you figure out how to make these items delicious.
